Haider Saad Issa is the General Manager and Co-Founder of the firm, also serving as Head of the
Commercial Department and Counsel in the Trade and Intellectual Property Department. He
brings a dual professional background in law and media, with a core focus on corporate law,
commercial litigation, international commercial arbitration, trademark registration, and company
formation, complemented by strong administrative and organisational leadership skills.
As General Manager and Co-Founder, Haider oversees the firm’s overall administrative
operations, strategic direction, and internal management systems, ensuring the smooth and
efficient functioning of the firm’s departments and day-to-day business affairs.
As Head of the Commercial Department, Haider advises individuals, corporates, and foreign
entities on a broad range of corporate law matters, including company formation and registration
before the relevant Iraqi authorities, structuring and selection of appropriate corporate forms,
and trademark registration and protection. He also represents clients in commercial litigation and
disputes before Iraqi courts, and has experience in international commercial arbitration,
combining transactional advisory work with litigation and arbitration capability.
In his capacity as Counsel in the Trade and Intellectual Property Department, Haider advises
clients on trade-related matters and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property
rights, further strengthening the firm’s commercial and regulatory offering.
Prior to his legal career, Haider built a strong foundation in media, having graduated with a
degree in Media in 2016. This background has given him valuable communication, public
relations, and stakeholder engagement skills, which he now applies to client relations, firm
representation, and internal coordination across departments.
He is recognised for his ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, combining legal expertise
with strong administrative and leadership capabilities, and for his role in shaping the firm’s
commercial practice and overall institutional growth.
